The selection of PPP scheme using VfM analysis for Sekupang – Batam Centre Corridor

Abstract The study on public mass transportation in Batam City was started 2010 by BP Batam. is still a long polemic due to problems arise technical and non-technical aspects, such as limited funding capacity of local government. Therefore, the government wants involve private sectors development plan. This aims analyse selection Public Private Partnership (PPP) scheme using value for money (VfM) one solutions problems. methodology used this benchmarking method from several scenarios with an emphasis point view economic financial feasibility studies. Several PPP Scheme different concession period investment proportion were analyzed based its VfM policy. result analysis shows that actual condition 1,139,946 (IDR Mill). most significant factors affect changes period. 20 years gives maximum value. In all scenarios, there no negative which indicates project better if it carried out scheme.
